Hollywood Facial Procedure:
The entire treatment takes about 45 minutes and is a two step process:
​
First, a thin creamy black mask is applied to the face.
The second part of the treatment consists of the removal of the carbon mask with the short Q-switched laser. This laser breaks up the carbon into fine particles and then absorbs them, by destroying the carbon impurities that were bound to it. The skin also receives a deep exfoliation during the second stage, making it 4 times stronger than any other peel on the market, and leaving the skin with a beautiful glow. Because of the peel factor it is more productive than a traditional photo facial.
Hollywood Facial After Care:
After treatment, the face is cleansed and moisturizer is applied. This treatment is comfortable. Only a minor sensation like pins and needles are felt. The skin is often slightly pink immediately after and subsides after a few hours.
In rare cases, some clients may experience itching or swelling for a few days, scab formation, bruises, infection, hyper or hypopigmentation.
Precautions with Hollywood Facial :
It is advised to stay away from excessive sun exposure during the treatment period. Results are also improved if you avoid stress and smoking.
Makeup can be applied the same day.
Aesthetic creams for wrinkles, acne, hyperpigmentation, etc. should be avoided until the following day.​​

Microneedling Procedure:
Prior to treatment a topical anesthetic, numbing cream is applied to manage any discomfort. The most common discomfort during the procedure is a prickly sensation, mostly felt over bony areas like under eyes, forehead and chin. Most individuals indicate it is tolerable.

It involves the insertion of multiple very fine short sterile needles into the skin for the purpose of rejuvenation. The small wounds cause your body to make more collagen and elastin, which heal your skin and help you look younger.
Microneedling is generally a safe and effective procedure.
​
A good candidate for microneedling are those in good health, free from infection, fever or rash. A consultation is necessary prior to treatment. We will review your health history, be able to understand your skin type, discuss your goals, and work on a treatment plan that works for you.

It is important to realize that Microneedling is not a quick fix as it involves the growth of new skin. It can take several months for a person to see the full results of the procedure. We recommend for optimal results a series of 3-5 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart. ​
Microneedling After Care:
Post treatment your skin will look red, like a sunburn. This is normal. This can last anywhere from 3-5 days. Each day with noticeable improvement. Your skin may also feel tight and tender to touch.
Treat the skin gently by washing it with a gentle cleanser the next day, using cool water. On rare occasions some individuals will have slight bruising that can last up to 7 days and temporary swelling for 2-4 days. Avoid strenuous activity, saunas, and hot tubs for 48 hours after treatment.
Peeling may start anywhere from 3-5 days after treatment. You'll notice skin dryness and flaking which is due to the increased turnover of the skin cells. DO NOT pick, scratch or scrub at treated skin. You must allow the skin time to slough off naturally and keep it moisturized at all times. You can return to using normal skin care products once skin irritation is gone.

Advanced Electrolysis for Growths & Blemishes Procedure:
Electrocautery is a non-surgical method that uses a light electrical current to heat up the skin in order to destroy and remove the skin tag.
Advanced Electrolysis is a treatment that uses thermolysis and a very fine sterile needle to either cauterize or lift away the superficial epidermis depending on the blemish that is being treated.
The procedure only reaches the outermost layers of the skin, therefore it is safe and often does not lead to scarring. Electrolysis is less painful than liquid nitrogen or laser. Another benefit is there is no wound stitching.​
Electrolysis clients generally describe the treatment as mildly uncomfortable, with a warm stinging sensation which they find to be tolerable.
A topical anesthetic can be applied prior to the treatment, which will numb the area being treated. We make sure that the treatment is gentle, safe and as comfortable as possible.​
Advanced Electrolysis for
Growths & Blemishes After Care:
Post treatment you will see some swelling and redness. This minor inflammation is caused due to heat. This is normal.
The skin growth is replaced by a small scab and skin returns to normal after a week.
Do not scratch or pick at scabs. This will reduce the risk of scarring. Any coagulated blood vessel segments if scratched or rubbed could bleed. Refrain from physical exercise for 48 hours following treatment. (an increase in blood flow may rupture the coagulation of capillary and cause treatment failure).
Avoid the use of a sauna, hot tub, whirlpool, or swimming pool and aspirin for 48 hours after treatment. Avoid tanning beds until healing is complete.
Most skin blemishes can be treated between one and three sessions.

Diamond Dermabrasion After Care:
Post treatment you may experience a bit of skin redness for the first 24 hours after treatment. However, this should be minimal and disappear quickly.
